Our Portable Sushi Bar is manufactured for the convenience of having a sushi bar at any event, party, celebration, grand opening, shopping mall, kiosk, or even your backyard! Our SUSHI-BAR-2 is equipped with everything a Sushi Chef would need, starting with a hand sink, preparation table, and sushi display case. This unit is constructed of heavy gauge 304 stainless steel, side walls are made of aluminum composite panels, and acrylic sliding doors.

This portable sushi bar comes with a hand sink to clean utensils, sushi supplies, or to simply wash hands. The sink has a faucet that swivels, making it easy to wash and rinse any part of the 10″ deep basin. Under the sink, behind the sliding doors there are two containers under the sink behind the sliding doors there are for clean and waste water comes with an electrical pump and with a heater to run the water. The center compartment of the portable sushi bar was made for ample work space in mind, whether it’s preparation or serving of sushi. This model showcases the sushi display case in the middle of the portable sushi bar, granting a longer counter while also allowing customers to see the itamae, sushi chef, creating sushi art. The long counter creates more space to store inventory, there’s a shelf between the sliding door and prep table for plates, utensils, or anything needed for this portable service.

A great feature of this portable sushi bar is the refrigerated food preparation table. Keep your ingredients fresh, organized and readily accessible with this mega top, featuring 8 standard 4 inch deep condiment food pans for the top section. The bottom portion is a solid door refrigerator with a stainless steel interior able to hold temperature of 33°F ~ 39°F, which is used to store cold ingredients needed aside from other condiments and other ingredients.

On top of the portable sushi bar counter is the Sushi Display Case, this is where the sushi is stored and displayed in a controlled temperature under 38°F. It’s a single piece, clear, curved glass display offers a wider viewing area from top to bottom is perfect to display your delicious sushi. With it’s read sliding glass door, it makes it easy to load and unload food from the sushi display case. This system has a condensing unit mounted on either the right or left of it, with a removable condenser air filter for easy cleaning.
