Return Policy

All sales are final. If the purchased item is damaged upon delivery then contact us right away or refuse the shipment. If the Receiver signs the paper-work without checking the shipment then we, the Shipper CANNOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILTY afterwards. There is no option to open a claim with the carrier! If the delivered product is malfunctioning and it is still under warranty then please refer to our warranty policy on product page. If the purchased item is malfunctioning, but it is no longer under warranty then please contact our Service/Parts Department at 305.681.0023 ext 12. If the item needs to be returned for repair then BUYER MUST REQUEST AN RMA# from us first. Every item will be returned to the buyer/customer/original-receiver without a valid RMA#.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. If the Buyer changes mind within 30 days of delivery and wants to return the product then first needs to contact us and request an RMA#! Every product will be returned to the Buyer right away without a valid RMA#!
For a Full Refund: product must be unopened, unused and being in the same condition as it was shipped. Buyer pays for return shipping as well. SHIPPING COST IS NEVER REFUNDABLE!
For a partial refund: if Buyer already started to use the product, but changed mind then product could be returned for inspection within 30 days of delivery. Buyer MUST CONTACT US and request an RMA# first! Every product will be returned to the Buyer right away without a valid RMA#! We keep the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned, used product! Buyer pays for return shipping as well. SHIPPING COST IS NEVER REFUNDABLE! Once the used item arrives to our facility we run an inspection before any refund.
After 30 days of delivery we do not accept any return for refund, only for repair! Buyer always pays for shipping back and forth.
